Even though it is almost always summer, I feel as autumn is coming soon.
Today I prepared an autumn dish: the Arugula Pie.
It is an easy recipe for a snack or dinner!

Ingredients
Puff Pastry
Arugula
Cream Cheese
Egg
Steps
spread the cream cheese on top of the Puff Pastry
add a lay of fresh Arugula
roll the Puff Pastry and close very well
brush a beaten egg (optional) on the pastry so that it becomes gold when cooked
slice and serve
