again a summer recipe, fresh and healthy.
The water melon pudding is a Sicilian dessert, very ancient, it arrives from Palermo (Sicily capital) and they use to prepare it during Saint Rosalia celebration
It is easy to prepare and it is a very good dessert to serve to your guest!
Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.
1 liter / 4 cups water melon juice
100 gr / 1/2 cups corn starch
50 gr / 1/4 cups sugar
pistachios and cocoa for decoration
place in a blender the water melon cut in little pieces and blend it
place the juice in a pan, add the corn starch and the sugar
cook mixing for few minutes until it becomes dense
place the pudding in cups and decorate it spreading on top pistachios and cocoa powdered
leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours
