Water Melon pudding


again a summer recipe, fresh and healthy.

Just fruit!

The water melon pudding is a Sicilian dessert, very ancient, it arrives from Palermo (Sicily capital) and they use to prepare it during Saint Rosalia celebration

It is easy to prepare and it is a very good dessert to serve to your guest!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • 1 liter / 4 cups water melon juice

  • 100 gr / 1/2 cups corn starch

  • 50 gr / 1/4 cups sugar

  • pistachios and cocoa for decoration


  • place in a blender the water melon cut in little pieces and blend it

  • place the juice in a pan, add the corn starch and the sugar

  • cook mixing for few minutes until it becomes dense

  • place the pudding in cups and decorate it spreading on top pistachios and cocoa powdered

  • leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours
