in this post I want to talk about Speck.
Speck is as we say "the north Italy Prosciutto". it is similar to prosciutto but more tasty and salty.
In this easy recipe you can replace it with Prosciutto if you prefer.
This Quiche is easy to prepare and often I cook it when I don't have any idea for my dinner.'
It is perfect also for buffet, catering, and parties.

Ingredients
Puff Pastry
Speck or Prosciutto
Mozzarella Cheese
Potatoes
Herbs
Steps
Roll out the Puff Pastry and place in a baking pan
Place on top sliced (very thin) Potatoes
Spread on top some Herbs
Add chopped Speck
Cover with Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
Bake it 350F for 40 minutes
