I don't like so much the chicken but sometimes I find the right way to cook it.
This recipe was made with what I have in the refrigerator and the result was delicious

Chicken Breast boneless and skinless
Grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place in a bowl the Chicken Breast and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Lemon juice
Place in another bowl the Breadcrumbs, add the grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese, the Herbs, the Salt and the Black Pepper
Coat the Chicken Breast with the Breadcrumbs mixture
Stuff the coated Chicken Breast with Prosciutto and Arugula and roll it. Close it with a toothpick
Cook in a frying pan (no Oil) or grill in a Barbecue
