Cotoletta Palermitana


today Cotoletta, but not Cotoletta MIlanese that I am sure you already know.

This is Cotoletta Palermitana, a sicilian recipe, no fried but grilled, very light and tasty.

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Beef slices

  • Bread crumbs

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

  • Grated Parmesan cheese or pecorino cheese

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt


  • Place the beef slices in a bowl and cover with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • In another bowl, place the bread crumbs, the parsley chopped, the garlic chopped, the salt, the grated cheese and mix

  • bread the beef slices with the mixture

  • grill in your barbeque for few minutes
