This is Cotoletta Palermitana, a sicilian recipe, no fried but grilled, very light and tasty.

Grated Parmesan cheese or pecorino cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place the beef slices in a bowl and cover with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In another bowl, place the bread crumbs, the parsley chopped, the garlic chopped, the salt, the grated cheese and mix
bread the beef slices with the mixture
grill in your barbeque for few minutes
