This is my healthy month and I would like to share with you some very simple, healthy and tasty dishes.
Today for lunch I cooked pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese!
Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.
✅ What do you need:
▶️ mozzarella cheese chopped in little pieces
▶️extra virgin olive oil
✅ what do you have to do:
❇️cook pasta in salted boiling water
❇️ place tomatoes in a pan with water and cook until the water boils
❇️ peel the tomatoes and place in a frying pan with Evo , Garlic and salt and when the pasta is cooked, place it in the frying pan and cook for few minutes, mixing it
❇️ spread mozzarella cheese on top
