Every time I eat “Sail pasta” I feel in a boat in the middle of Mediterranean Sea!
Maybe because often sail boat vacation we cooked pasta with fresh tomatoes, tuna, black olives and capers.
Maybe because this pasta smell remember the summer.
Every time I cook it, I feel sea, summer, beach, wind...
Fresh peeled tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
In a fried pan place olives oil and onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add peeled tomatoes and capers and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tuna and black olives and cook for 10 minutes.
Meantime cook spaghetti and when they are almost done, drain the pasta and fresh Josh cooking in the fried pan with the sauce already done.
Cook for another 5 minutes, mixing.
Spread with basil leaves chopped on top.
