Fish Fillet au gratin


today I am preparing fish!

you know, I am sicilian and I grew up eating fish... I love fish!

Today the recipe is very easy to prepare and also very good to eat!

Fish fillet (branzino or another fish)

Panko bread crumbs

Lemon zest


Pecorino or parmesan cheese, grated


Extra virgin olive oil



  • prepare a mixture with Panko bread crumbs, herbs, grated pecorino or parmesan cheese, lemon zest grated, Extra virgin olive oil.

  • in a baking pan, place the Fish fillets and spread the top with some Extra virgin olive oil

  • add lemon zest and cover with the mixture of bread crumbs.

  • decorate with rosemary and lemon slices.

  • bake for 20 minutes or so!
