Shrimp Rice


Today I will show you a very simple recipe but also very tasty.

It is important to use fresh ingredients to have a good result!

I love seafood and mainly Shrimp!

And my husband loves "our" recipe!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Jasmine Rice

  • Shrimps

  • Fresh Tomatoes

  • Parsley

  • Vegetables Broth

  • Onion

  • Anchovies

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • place in a pan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and chopped Onion and fry slowly for 1 minutes until the Onion becomes golden

  • add the Jasmine Rice and mix

  • add the peeled tomatoes and chopped anchovies continuing mixing

  • Add the broth and cook for 15 minutes

  • Serve spreading chopped Parsley on top
