I love Shrimps! and every time I try to cook them in different way.
Today I am trying a different recipe very good and also light and healthy.
It is a summer recipe even if I prepare it also during the winter!
I am coating them with Almond Flour so they will be very crunchy, tasty and light!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place in a bowl the Shrimps and add Lemon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Herbs. Leave them for 30 minutes or so
Coat the Shrimps with Almond flour
Place in a baked pan, spread with Grated Lemon Zest on top and cook for 15 minutes.
serve in a lay of green salad and Sliced Lemon
