🍋 So far so cook
Hi everyone, last weekend I baked a tart.
This time I tried a new version of tart: with almond flour.
It was a success!!!
You can fill it with jam or cream, fresh fruit, and nutella.
I tried lemon cream because my husband loves lemons!!!
It is delicious for breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea.

Here the ingredients and the recipe
For the tart
200gr/ 1+5/8 cups All purpose flour
50 gr/ 3/8 cups Almond flour
120 gr/ 5/8 cups Sugar
120 gr/ 1 stick Butter
For the cream
2 tbsp Potatoes starch
2 tbsp Sugar
200gr/ 3/4 cups Milk
1 Lemon zest 🍋
Steps for the Tart
🍋in a bowl place Flours (all purpose and almond), Sugar, Butter. Mix manually or with a mixer for 1 minute, to obtain a sand dough.
🍋 add the Egg and the Yolk and mix for 1 minute to get a smooth dough
🍋 place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covered.
🍋 after 30 minutes, roll out the dough and bake it for 15 minutes, 350F.
Steps for the cream
🍋 in a bowl, mix the Sugar and the Yolks for 1 minute
🍋 add the Starch and the Lemon zest and mix for 1 minute
🍋 in a pan, place the Milk and start worming it a little bit (not boiling)
🍋 add part of the milk to the mixture and mix
🍋 add all the mixture to the remaining milk and cook until it becomes dense
🍋 place the cream on top of the tart and decorate it with almond and lemon slices
