Ingredients

  • 250gr/ 2 cups Flour

  • 250gr/ 2 cups Potato Starch

  • 120gr/ 1 cup Powdered Sugar

  • 300gr/ 1+1/4 cups Butter

  • a pinch of Salt

  • Vanilla Flavor

  • Dark Chocolate


Steps

  1. place in a bowl the butter and leave it for 2 hours. After that, cut it in little pieces

  2. place the flour, potato starch and sugar in a bowl

  3. add salt, vanilla and butter and start mixing

  4. wrap the dough with plastic paper and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour

  5. work little pieces of dough to have a horseshoe shape and place them in a baking pan

  6. bake them at 350F for 10/15 minutes

  7. when they cool down, melt the dark chocolate and decorate your cookies

  8. leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
