I love fish!!!!
and here following another way to cook Branzino or another fish you love.
I used all the fresh ingredients in my refrigerator and the final result was delicious!

Branzino or fresh fish
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
place whole fresh Branzino in a baking pan
fill the belly with Rosemary, Sage, Garlic and sliced Lemon
spread Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top
cover the fish with sliced Potatoes (very thin)
add Cherry Tomatoes around the fish
spread on top Herbs and Black Pepper
Spread on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil again
So Far So Cook
