Branzino in Crust

I am always happy to share with you my fish recipes.

I love fish!!!!

and here following another way to cook Branzino or another fish you love.

I used all the fresh ingredients in my refrigerator and the final result was delicious!

Ingredients

  • Branzino or fresh fish

  • Potatoes

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Rosemary

  • Sage

  • Black Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Herbs

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Steps

  • place whole fresh Branzino in a baking pan

  • fill the belly with Rosemary, Sage, Garlic and sliced Lemon

  • spread Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top

  • cover the fish with sliced Potatoes (very thin)

  • add Cherry Tomatoes around the fish

  • spread on top Herbs and Black Pepper

  • Spread on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil again
