this pasta mix sweet and salted elements.
We have a part that is very salted made by Tuna, Black Olives and Pecorino cheese.
and we have another part that is very sweet made by Onion and Pistachio.
it is the right match and for this reason Pistachio is perfect with Tuna.

Tuna in canvas
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grated Pecorino cheese
place in a frying pan chopped Onion and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fry very slowly for 10 minutes, so the onion has time to cook very well
when the onion is golden add Tuna and chopped Black Olives and cook for 3 minutes
meantime cook Pasta in boiled and salted water
when Pasta is ready, add Pasta in the frying pan and mix all together continuing cooking for 5 minutes
add Grated Pecorino Cheese
serve spreading on top powdered Pistachio.
