today "Fish in Crazy Water", we name the fish in this way when we cook it in a pan, simple, just fish, vegetables and herbs.
The origin of this Crazy name arrives from the past when the fishermen used sea water to cook the fish, in very simple way, saving money on the salt!
Here my family recipe that as usual is a just little bit different!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
in a frying pan place the chopped garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
add chopped Cherry Tomatoes, Black Olives, Capers, chopped Parsley, Potatoes peeled and cut, Salt and Black Peppers and cook slowly for 15 minutes
add the Branzino fillet and cook for 10 minutes or so
You will feel like in a boat!
