Grilled Asparagus

Today I prepare for your a Vegan recipe.

The grilled Asparagus is very easy to prepare and very good to eat with eggs or fish.

My friend Rita suggested me this recipe and she was right! it is delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

Asparagus

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Black pepper

Sage


Steps

  • wash the Asparagus and cut the hard part of them

  • place it in a grilled top

  • spread on top Extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, salt, and sage

  • grill in the barbecue or in the oven for 10 minutes or so
