Flat Pumpkin


October as usual is the Pumpkin Month! and every year I try to find some good recipe for you all.

You can prepare it with few ingredients and few steps.

But it will be delicious!

I prepared it as appetizer for my friends because you can eat it also standing up.

You can eat it replacing the bread, or you can serve with on top mushrooms or cheese or prosciutto.

  • 1.5 kg / 53 oz Pumpkin in cubes

  • 150 gr / 1 cup Flour

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Extra Virgin Olive oil


  1. In a blender place Pumpkin and Flour and bled them

  2. In a bowl place the mixture and add Salt.

  3. Leave the mixture covered for 1 hour

  4. In a baking pan Spread extra Virgin olive Oil and add the mixture

  5. Spread on top Rosemary and Bread Crumbs

  6. Bake it 380k for 40 minutes

  7. Cut it in little pieces and serve it.
