Buongiorno and Happy Memorial day!
Today this cake with the colors of the american flag.
It is easy to prepare with a lot of berries.
It is delicious for your Memorial day Breakfast.

Ingredients
3 Eggs
180gr / 7/8 cups Sugar
200 ml Milk
200 ml Corn Oil
380 gr / 2.5 cups Flour
30 gr / 1/4 cups Corn Starch
1 baking powder
1 pinch of salt
vanilla flavor
A lot of Berries
For the Cream
250 gr / 1 cup cream cheese
50gr / 1/4 cups sugar
1 egg
Steps
In a bowl place 3 eggs and the sugar and start mixing until it become smooth and soft
in another bowl place the flour, the corn starch and the baking powder and mix.
add in the eggs and sugar, the corn oil, the milk, the vanilla flavor and mix al together
add the flour mixture continuing mixing.
in a baking pan, buttered and floured, place the dough and spread on top the Berries
in another bowl prepare the cream mixing the cream cheese the sugar and the egg.
on top of the cake add some spoon of the cream
Bake 380F for 40 minutes.
