It is a typical Sicilian recipe and it is a new way to use the Cauliflower, very tasty and healthy!
Usually when I prepare it, my guests don't understand that is Cauliflower! it is funny!

Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a frying pan, place Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chopped Onion and chopped Anchovies and cook for few minutes.
Add the peeled Tomatoes and boiled Cauliflower, mushing it a little bit.
Add a pinch of Salt, spread Black Pepper and add Pine Nuts.
Cook Pasta in boiling and salted water and when it is cooked, add it in the frying pan with the sauce you prepared. Mix al together and spread on Top Grated Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese.
