today my husband said me that in the last 2 months I prepared just salad and healthy (too much) food.
So I tried to think of a Healthy pasta but with a lot of flavors and super tasty.
Here is this "winter" recipe even in Florida where it is always summer!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place in a pan the Mushrooms chopped and cook for 5 minutes
Add the Garlic, Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil continuing cooking for 10 minutes
Add the Milk and the Brie mixing and melting the cheese
Meantime cook Pasta in boiling water, with salt
When the Past is almost ready, drain it in a colander and place in the pan with the Mushrooms, mixing and continuing cooking
Add Ham and Butter and cook for 1 minute.
