Pasta Salad with Olives


you know I am Italian, and you know how it is important Pasta in my country.

Usually Italians eat pasta one time per day.

And today, even if it is Memorial day here in Usa, I am cooking pasta!

I am preparing a Pasta Salad, very fresh and tasty, with Black and Green Olives.

Follow me in my kitchen for this delicious pasta salad.

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page or in my YouTube channel.


  • Pasta

  • Black and Green Olives

  • Tuna in Canvas

  • Chopped Parsley

  • Capers

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Black Peppers

  • Bread Crumbs

  • Grated Pecorino Cheese


  1. In a bowl place, Tuna, Chopped Black and Green Olives, Chopped Parsley, Capers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Peppers, and mix all together

  2. In a frying Pan place your Bread Crumbs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Grated Pecorino Cheese and roast it

  3. Cook Pasta in boiling and salted water, mix with your tuna and serve adding on top the roasted Breadcrumbs!
