I spent a weekend on the beach and why not to prepare a Pasta with fish?
I used Swordfish that I love so much and in this season I find it fresh and local and I added Pistachio powdered to have a sweet flavor to the Pasta.
It is a very easy and simple recipe but it has usually a beautiful impact, and for this reason I prepare it when I have guests for dinner.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
in a frying pan place chopped garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fry for 1 minute
add Peeled tomato, Salt and Swordfish cut in little pieces and cook for 5 minutes, mixing all together
meantime cook Pasta in boiling and salted water
When Pasta is ready, place it in the frying pan where you cooked tomatoes and fish and cook for 3 minutes, mixing very well
serve Pasta adding on top the Pistachio powdered.
