when I am in Sicily I use to use some food that is the best in my town like seafood, fishes, tomatoes.
Today I prepared a simple pasta with little pink shrimps and zucchini.
Let me show you the recipe from this amazing land!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Roasted bread crumbs
Place in a frying pan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and Zucchini sliced in little pieces
Cook for 15 minutes slowly
Add Salt and peeled Shrimps and cook for 3 minutes
At the end add the Parsley
cook Pasta in boiled water (I am using Rigatoni)
when Pasta is ready, place it in the frying pan with shrimps and zucchini and cook for 3 minutes mixing
add grated Pecorino cheese
Place in a bowl and spread roasted bread crumbs on top
