Rice sea food au gratin


today I prepared an usual Rice with Shrimps but au gratin.

It was delicious and I needed something delicious because finally I finished my diet!

I will explain step by step what you have to do to avoid mistakes and to have a creamy rice, tasty like the sea!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Rice Carnaroli or Arborio

  • Shrimps

  • Bread crumbs

  • Parsley

  • Vegetables Broth

  • Milk

  • Black pepper

  • Herbs

  • Onion

  • Anchovies

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • place in a pan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and chopped Onion and fry slowly for 1 minutes until the Onion becomes golden

  • add the anchovies continuing cooking

  • add the Rice and mix

  • add the shrimps and the broth

  • add herbs and black pepper and cook for 15 minutes

  • Add the milk continuing cooking

  • Place the rice in a baking little bowl and add parsley and spread bread crumbs on top

  • Broil it at 500F for 10 minutes
