Stuffed Artichokes


Today green day and finally artichokes! I love it so much!!!

This is a Sicilian recipe that usually my family prepares for Christmas Eve dinner.

Never in my Christmas Eve dinner table we miss Stuffed Artichokes.

And today is not Christmas Eve but we can eat them anyway!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Artichokes

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Parsley

  • Garlic

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Mix in a bowl Bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, salt, chopped parsley

  • Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mix

  • Wash the artichokes and open the leaves

  • Staff the artichokes in the middle of the leaves, with the bread crumbs mixture, add a pinch of salt between the leaves

  • Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and place it in a pan

  • Cooking them for 30 minutes adding some water
