Herbs (Sage, Thyme, Rosemary)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a frying pan place chopped Carrots, celery and Onion and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fry for 10 minutes.
Add peeled Potatoes cut in little pieces and cook for 10 minutes.
In a bowl place the Chicken Breast cut in little pieces, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Bread Crumbs and mix all together
Add the Chicken in the frying pan and spread on top Salt, chopped Herbs, Black Peppers, Salt, White Wine and water and cook for 10 minutes.
