Easter is coming soon and I am preparing a lot of recipe to use for my Easter lunch with my family!
This is a sicilian recipe where you can use also pine nuts or pass grape.
Here my own recipe, I hope you will enjoy it.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
in a bowl place the Swordfish thin sliced and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Juice
in another bowl place Bread Crumbs and Grated Lemon Zest
coat the Swordfish slices with Bread Crumbs mixture
in the remaining Bread crumbs mixture add Salt, Capers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chopped Black Olives
stuff your Swordfish slices with the Bread Crumbs mixture, roll them and fix them with a toothpick
place the rolls in a baking pan adding Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and bake it for 20 minutes at 400F
