Swordfish rolls


Easter is coming soon and I am preparing a lot of recipe to use for my Easter lunch with my family!

This is a sicilian recipe where you can use also pine nuts or pass grape.

Here my own recipe, I hope you will enjoy it.

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Swordfish

  • Bread Crumbs

  • Lemon Juice

  • Lemon Zest

  • Capers

  • Black Olives

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt


  • in a bowl place the Swordfish thin sliced and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

  • in another bowl place Bread Crumbs and Grated Lemon Zest

  • coat the Swordfish slices with Bread Crumbs mixture

  • in the remaining Bread crumbs mixture add Salt, Capers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chopped Black Olives

  • stuff your Swordfish slices with the Bread Crumbs mixture, roll them and fix them with a toothpick

  • place the rolls in a baking pan adding Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and bake it for 20 minutes at 400F
