Vintage Salmon Pasta
today I am preparing this Salmon Pasta as we did in Italy during the 80's.
it is the best way to do it even if it is an old way!
I love Salmon because it is reach high protein and Omega 3.
Try this classic Italian recipe, easy to prepare and very tasty to serve to your guests.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a frying pan place Extra Virgin Olive Oil and chopped Onion and fry for few minutes.
Add the Smoked Salmon cut in little piece and cook just for 1 minute.
Add the Heavy Cream and don't cook it.
Cook Pasta in salted and boiling water.
Add pasta in the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Spread on top the Pink Pepper
