Bread, as pasta is one of the main dish in Italy.
We italians don't eat anything without Bread!!!
The Bread I am showing today, is a simple bread, soft and easy to prepare.

400gr - 2 and 1/2 cups of bread flour
370 ml - 1 and 1/2 cups warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
in a bowl mix water with yeast and sugar
in an electric mixer, mix the flour adding the water mixture and add the salt continuing mixing
the dough will be liquid, cover it and wait for 1 hour
mix again folding it. It should be still liquid. use some flour that can help you to fold it
cover again and wait for 2 hours
divide it in 2 parts and place in 2 baking pan previous floured. I shape it like a baguette but you can do your favorite shape
wait for another 20 minutes
bake in the oven 450F for 15 minutes and another 15 minutes at 400F
