Ingredients
100gr/0.5 cup cold butter in pieces
200gr/1.5 cup Flour
50ml cold water
salt
Steps
Place in a bowl the flour, the butter and a pinch of salt and mix
add water and mix quickly
cover with plastic paper and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour
You can use your pastry for pies and tart
