Happy 4th of July to all my American followers!
As usual today I prepare a recipe that I decorate in 4th of July theme.
It is a Cold Raw Cheesecake, so you can avoid to use the oven considering it is summer!
it is a very simple dessert, easy to prepare in few minutes.
you can decorate it with fresh fruit.

Ingredients
Chocolate Cookies
Salted Butter
Yogurt Plain
Ricotta Cheese
Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
Sugar
Blueberries and Strawberries
Steps
mash the Cookies with a spoon or using your hands and add Salted Butter mixing all together
place the mixture in a baking pan to do a base of the Cheesecake, pressing it
place in a bowl Yogurt, Ricotta, Cream cheese and sugar, and mix all together to obtain a smooth cream
add the cream on top of the Cookies base
decorate with fresh fruit, in this case Blueberries and Strawberries
