🍋 So far so cook
It is Saturday finally! and today I tried a new recipe!
I was very worry to do a disaster and I got a nice surprise...they are delicious!
They are easy and fast to do because they don't need leavening.
Here follow my recipe and all the steps.

300gr / 2 and 3/8 cup all purpose flour
5gr / 1 tsp salt
130 ml water
70 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp herbs blend
place in a bowl the flour, salt, herbs, oil and start mixing
add the water continuing mixing
mix for around 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth
spread the flour in your table and start rolling out your dough (I use a rolling pin). more thin it is, more crisp they will be.
cut the dough in the shape you prefer
brush extra virgin oil of olives on top of the crackers and spread salt corse
bake them in the oven 380f for 15 minutes or so.
