Crunchy Peppers


I started with a detox, it is for me usual in January.

But I don't want to renounce to a very good and tasty dinner.

Here there is a good recipe, vegan, healthy, but very tasty.

This is a sicilian recipe very easy to prepare in few steps.

It is important to do a tasty crispy crust and I will explain what you have to do to obtain it.

  • Red Peppers

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Herbs

  • Salt

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. cut the peppers, take off the seeds and cut in little pieces

  2. place them in a baking pan

  3. add on top, salt, herbs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Breadcrumbs

  4. bake it 380F for 30 minutes or so
