Easter Egg Cheesecake

Buongiorno!

Easter is a time to celebration, renewal, and of course, delicious food. Few ingredients are as symbolic and versatile as eggs.

From beautifully dyed shells to rich, savory dishes and sweet treats, Easter eggs play a central role in Italian kitchens.

Here following a very easy recipe where the Easter chocolate eggs meet the cheesecake!

Ingredients

  • Easter chocolate eggs

  • a spoon of cream cheese

  • a spoon of ricotta cheese

  • a tea spoon of sugar

  • a tea spoon of apricot jam

  • a tea spoon of granola


Steps

  1. split in the middle the chocolate egg to dived it in 2 parts

  2. place the ricotta cheese, the cream cheese and the sugar in a bowl

  3. add a layer of the granola in the egg

  4. fill the egg completely with the cream

  5. add on top in the middle the apricot jam

  6. leave in the refrigerator for one hour
