I love fennel and this is another way to cook it.
I serve them with a tasty special dressing!
It is delicious, vegan, healthy, tasty and you can prepare it in few steps!
They are so crisp and every time I prepare them as side, they disappear in few minutes!

Extra Virgin olive Oil
Slice the Fennel and place in a Grill Pan, and cook in a barbeque for 15 minutes
In a Frying pan, place Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Parsley, Anchovies and cook for few minutes
Serve the Fennel Slices spreading on top the dressing.
