Happy Hour Croissant


for this upcoming weekend, I prepared some salted mini croissant that with a glass of wine will be perfect!

I used the puff pastry and I filled part of them with salmon and others with Mushrooms.

They are easy to prepare, delicious and so nice to serve!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Puff Pastry

  • Smoked Salmon

  • Cream Cheese

  • Mushrooms

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • yolk

  • Salt


  • roll out the Puff Pastry and cut as a circle

  • cut the circle in little triangles

  • fill some little triangles with pieces of Smoked Salmon and a pinch of Cream Cheese, and fill the other triangles with chopped Mushrooms and chopped Mozzarella Cheese. Spread Salt on top

  • roll up starting from the base of the triangles

  • spread on top a mixed yolk

  • place in a baking pan and bake 380F for 20 minutes
