I named this fantastic cake, Lemon Cloud because it is so soft that seems a cloud!
And it is also very tasty because I used very good lemons.
In my town in Sicily, Lemons are one of the most important ingredient, because we have a lot of sun and the lemons grow very tasty.
You can prepare it for your breakfast or for tea time.

200 gr / 1+1/4 cups flour
200 gr / 1+1/4 cups sugar
125gr / 1/2 cup yogurt plain
100 gr / 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp Butter
16 gr / 1 tbsp baking powder
1 lemon Juice
1 lemon zest
divide the eggs splitting the yolks and the white eggs
in a pan mix the white eggs with 2 spoon of sugar until it become like a cloud
in another pan mix the yolks, adding slowly the sugar, after the butter, the lemon juice, the lemon zest and the yogurt, continuing mixing
add the flour and the baking powder, mixing
add the whipped white eggs mixing manually very slowly
place it in a cake pan already buttered and floured and bake at 350F for 40 minutes
