My Italian Sandwich


yesterday evening I was so relaxed so I decided to have a "Picnic Dinner"!

I opened my refrigerator and I found...

Here is my Italian Sandwich! Healthy, refreshing, easy to prepare quickly!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Bread

  • Tuna in canvas

  • Mozzarella Burrata

  • Grilled Zucchini

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Dried Tomatoes

  • Basil

  • Herbs

  • Salt

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Open the Bread and spread on top of the both sides Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and herbs

  • Add Tuna in canvas, chopped Cherry Tomatoes, sliced Mozzarella Burrata, grilled Zucchini and spread again Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt

  • Add Dried Tomatoes and Basil and the sandwich is ready to grill

  • Grill the sandwich and
