Orange Easter Cookies

Buongiorno!

Easter is coming and I started preparing some gift for my friend and family.

This recipes is easy to prepare in few steps and the final result is amazing!

I love it because you can handle very easy the dough.

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.

Ingredients

• 250gr/2 cups flour

• a pinch of salt

• 125gr/0.5 cup butter

• 100gr/ 0.5 cup sugar

• 1 orange zest

• 1 egg

• a pinch of Baking powdered

Steps

1. Place in a bowl the Flower, the Baking Powdered, the Butter, the pinch of salt and mix all together

2. Add the Egg, the Orange Zest and mix

3. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour

4. Roll out the dough and cut the cookies as you prefer

5. Place the cookies in a baking pan and bake 350 F for 15 minutes

6. Cold down the cookies and decorate as you prefer.
