It is simple to prepare in few steps.
It is healthy and so tasty!
Zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables. It is easy to prepare. You don't need to peel it. It is tasty and also easy to add in Pasta or to eat lake an appetizer or a side. And at the end it is very healthy.
I love it.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil for decoration
Place in a frying pan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic and fry for 1 minute
Cut Zucchini in little pieces and place in the frying pan, adding a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes or so
Place your cooked Zucchini in a blender and blend it
Place the cream of Zucchini again in the frying pan
Add chopped Smoked Salmon and mix
Cook Pasta in boiling and salted water and when it is ready, place pasta in the frying pan with the cream of Zucchini.
Mix all together
Serve spreading on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil and decorate with Basil Leaves
