today I prepared a recipe using Puff Pastry.
But I decorated it in a funny way, creating the little roses that you consider also single portion in this cake.
It is an easy and smart recipe because you can use the ingredients that you prefer.

Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Roll out the Puff Pastry and spread on top the Cream Cheese
Spread on top the Powdered Pistachios
Add a layer of Prosciutto, one of Provolone Cheese, one of Grated Parmesan Cheese and again Powdered Pistachios
Cover with another sheet of Puff Pastry
Slice it in little strips and roll them to create little roses
Place the roses all together in a baking pan to create a circle
Bake it at 400F for 30 minutes or so
