Rose Pistachios Cake


today I prepared a recipe using Puff Pastry.

But I decorated it in a funny way, creating the little roses that you consider also single portion in this cake.

It is an easy and smart recipe because you can use the ingredients that you prefer.

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Puff Pastry

  • Powdered Pistachios

  • Raw Pistachios

  • Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)

  • Prosciutto

  • Provolone Cheese

  • Grated Parmesan cheese


  • Roll out the Puff Pastry and spread on top the Cream Cheese

  • Spread on top the Powdered Pistachios

  • Add a layer of Prosciutto, one of Provolone Cheese, one of Grated Parmesan Cheese and again Powdered Pistachios

  • Cover with another sheet of Puff Pastry

  • Slice it in little strips and roll them to create little roses

  • Place the roses all together in a baking pan to create a circle

  • Bake it at 400F for 30 minutes or so
