when your next door is in trouble because she is remodeling her house, you can just prepare a rustic cake and save her from preparing the dinner!
I love Rustic Cake and you can use what you have in the refrigerator to stuff it.

Ingredients
Puff Pastry
Ham
Cheese
grated Parmesan Cheese
Potatoes
Egg yolk
Steps
roll out the Puff Pastry
in half part of the puffy pastry add on top a layer of Ham and a layer of Cheese
add sliced Potatoes very thin
spread grated Parmesan Cheese
close with the other half part of puff pastry
Spread on top an Egg yolk mixed
bake it at 350F for 45 minutes
