Rustic Salmon Roll
I love Puff Pastry and every time I find a new way to use it.
Today a very easy recipe, delicious!
You can use it for your "Picnic Night".
I use to name so, when I decide to eat on the coach watching a nice movie.
You need an easy dish to eat without silverware!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peel and Cut in little pieces Potatoes
In a frying pan place Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chopped Onion, Potatoes and a glass of White Wine, Cook for 10 minutes adding a pinch of salt
Roll out the Puff Pastry and start placing the Black Olives in a line. Roll it.
Add a line of chopped smoked Salmon and roll it.
Add a Line of Potatoes and roll it.
At the end decorate the roll as you prefer and spread on top scramble eggs and sesame seeds.
Bake 360F for 40 minutes
