Sausage Ragu'


my mother doesn't like so much to cook, she is not the typical Italian woman, but when she cooks something, she is the best!

This is one of her favorite recipe, and it is easy to prepare, tasty, delicious, perfect for your Spaghetti or Tagliatelle!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Sausage

  • Tomato sauce

  • Carrot

  • Celery

  • Onion

  • Oregano

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Spaghetti or Tagliatelle


  • place in a blender the Carrot Celery and Onion cut and peeled, and blend all together

  • in a big pan place Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the vegetables blended and fry for 15 minutes slowly

  • open the Sausage, keep just the beef, and add in the pan with the vegetables

  • add Tomato sauce, Oregano, Salt and cook for 40 minutes covering with a lid

  • place Spaghetti or Tagliatelle in boiling and salted water and cook for 8 minutes or so

  • mix Spaghetti or Tagliatelle with your Sausage Sauce
