today at the farmer's market I found belly Zucchini and decided to cook this easy and tasty recipe!
it looks nice too.
I tried to mix tasty ingredients to have a delicious final result!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Remove the lid of the Zucchini and empty them using a spoon
In a bowl place Bread Crumbs, some pieces of Bread, chopped Black Olives, Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese in little pieces, grated Parmesan Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and mix all together
Spread some Salt inside the Belly Zucchini
Stuff the Zucchini with the mixture and spread some Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top
Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
