Stuffed Zucchini


today at the farmer's market I found belly Zucchini and decided to cook this easy and tasty recipe!

it looks nice too.

I tried to mix tasty ingredients to have a delicious final result!

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Belly Zucchini

  • Bread crumbs

  • Bread

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Black Olives

  • Prosciutto

  • Provolone cheese

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt


  • Remove the lid of the Zucchini and empty them using a spoon

  • In a bowl place Bread Crumbs, some pieces of Bread, chopped Black Olives, Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese in little pieces, grated Parmesan Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and mix all together

  • Spread some Salt inside the Belly Zucchini

  • Stuff the Zucchini with the mixture and spread some Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top

  • Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
