Ingredients
Zucchini
Prosciutto
Provolone cheese
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumb
6 Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Steps
Slice Zucchini and place in a frying pan with Extra Virgin olive Oil and fry for 15 minutes. At the end add salt.
mix 6 eggs with Bread Crumbs and grated Parmesan Cheese
Add Fried Zucchini and place half of this mixture in a baking pan
Add a layer of Provolone Cheese, a Layer of Prosciutto and cover with the remaining mixture of Zucchini
Spread on top Bread Crumb
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or so.
