this is the season! Green beans season!
I am cooking them almost every day in every possible way!
Today this summer salad, easy and quick to prepare, healthy and refreshing!
I like so much the colors of this incredible salad!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
peel and cut Potatoes and boil in a pan with water for 15 minutes
cook Green Beans in boiling and salted water for 15 minutes
boil the eggs in a pan with water for 10 minutes
chop the Cherry Tomatoes
Chop the Black Olives
place everything in a bowl, add the peeled eggs and add Basil
spread on top Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
So Far So Cook
