Pasta Salad


Pasta salad or Cold Pasta is a cult during the summer.

Usual you can use very simple and light ingredients.

It is healthy and tasty, perfect for a summer recipe!

Here is my own recipe.

Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.


  • Pasta

  • Zucchini

  • Black Olives

  • Tuna in canvas

  • Basil

  • Parsley

  • Garlic

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt


  • slice Zucchini and place in a frying pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Garlic and fry it for 15 minutes

  • Spread on top of Zucchini, a pinch of Salt

  • cook Pasta in Boiling salted water

  • place Pasta in a bowl with Zucchini, Tuna, chopped Black Olives, chopped Basil and Parsley

  • Spread on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours or so.

Buon Appetito, your Pasta is ready to eat, cold!
