Pasta salad or Cold Pasta is a cult during the summer.
Usual you can use very simple and light ingredients.
It is healthy and tasty, perfect for a summer recipe!

Tuna in canvas
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
slice Zucchini and place in a frying pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Garlic and fry it for 15 minutes
Spread on top of Zucchini, a pinch of Salt
cook Pasta in Boiling salted water
place Pasta in a bowl with Zucchini, Tuna, chopped Black Olives, chopped Basil and Parsley
Spread on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours or so.
Buon Appetito, your Pasta is ready to eat, cold!
